Change in payment policy of the website to users

Greetings,

Due to many reasons specially members' ​actions and website's stability, we have decided to change the withdrawal terms. The new conditions might be unpleasant to some users, but it is pleasant for many users who understand the situation and prefer a lifetime 'paying' website. As per the websites' previous terms:

5.3. Payments will be processed within 10 business days for Standard / Pioneer members, 7 business days for Golden members and 4 business days for Diamond members.

​You can see that the most expensive members who are our Diamond and Ultimate members ​must wait 4 BUSINESS DAYS after requesting for a payment, to receive their money, let alone the free members who must wait 10 business days !


​Unfortunately most majority of the users do not pay attention to the terms (except about 0.5% of the users). During the past 5 months, we have paid to all users instantly or in less than 24 hours regardless of their membership types. Now it has become a very important, serious and painful issue for us. Why?

​Because everyday we respond about 250 to 300 tickets about "why my cashout is delayed"​ while absolutely no one has ever experienced any delays in payment on our websites based on the terms ! We even have some users who send tickets and ask "last time I received my payment in 30 seconds, this time I requested in the morning and you have not given me my money yet, what is happening admin? are you scammer?"

After so much effort, these sorts of tickets and comments really hurt our heart and feelings !

In the other hand, something about 20,000 payments have been ​processed so far, but how many payment proofs been posted on the website?

5.8. Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.


​How many of the users who received their money actually care about this part of terms and respect it? Even most of those who have posted their payment proofs, have done so, because of the bonuses we pay to users for that on our websites, and nothing else !

​Yes, it is very painful, distressing an​d time consuming to process and respond such tickets. Some people may say 'do not respond to them admin' ! Unfortunately it is not practical, firstly all users should get a response and secondly anyone who does not get a response, assume themselves to be rightful. ​Some ​​​of them open a dispute or start spamming in our forums and/or other forums ​about not getting a response from admin, and interestingly we have always some sympathetic !!! users who just say "same for me" :-|


​Well, after a recent meeting with the team, it has been decided to say "NO" to these users. From now on, free members would not be able to cashout.
Free members means (Standard and Pioneer members) on W3Adz, (Standard and VIP members) on BuxCap and (Standard and Bronze members) on BuxCure.

​It does not matter whether a free member has bought revshare or rent​, they can just buy the cheapest available membership and start cashing out.

​The next point is having withdrawal limits. We predicted that ​after these changes some users are likely to leave the website or reduce their activities, and we might see multiple cashouts which will not be helpful to the stability of the website. We will all need to be patient until everybody gets used to the new terms.

​The c​ash out limit​s​ ​for each membership type are as follows:

On W3Adz:
Any Golden membership except Golden 365 days: $12 per request
Golden 365 days: $20 per request
​Any Diamond membership: $40 per request

On​ BuxCap:
Prorev: $20 per request
Any ​Golden membership ​except Golden 365 days: $12 per request
Golden 365 days: $20 per request
Any Gold Plus membership except Gold Plus 365 days: $20 per request
Gold Plus 365 days: $30 per request
Ultimate: $70 per request

On BuxCure:
Any ​Silver membership ​except​ Silver 365 days: $5 per request
Silver yearly: $10 per request
​Any ​Golden membership ​except​Golden 365 days: $15 per request
Golden 365 days: $25 per request
​Any Gold Promoter membership except Gold Promoter 365 days: $25 per request
Gold Promoter 365 days: $35 per request
Ultimate: $80 per request


​N​ow ​I​ am going to refund all pending request​s​​ and the new terms will be applied ​next time you ​request a cash out. Please do not send us any tickets regarding this matter as your cashout will be processed based on the terms.

Also all ​open ​support ticket​s​​ will be ​close​d as most of them are about the same issue. Those users who have questions about anything other than the cashout, please submit your ticket again.


​Also it has been ​decided to give free memberships to anyone who reaches
- 500 direct referrals on W3Adz - free Diamond membership
- 1000 direct referrals on BuxCap or BuxCure - free Ultimate membership


This is a way to keep the users active while giving you free Diamond or Ultimate memberships to raise your cashout limits.


​Finally during the next 7 days, there will be discounts on all of our websites ​for purchasing memberships, so do not miss out.

That is really a good news admin... i was really worried about the stability of the project.... but now i am fully satisfied and i want these projects to last long.... So thumps up from my side.... i have been thinking for a long term in your three projects....

WE HAVE TO THINK LONG TERM......

STABILITY MATTERS..... I ALSO WORRIED ABOUT STABILITY PEOPLE GETTING 318$ PAYMENT IN ONE REQUEST....I AM NOT AGAINST...ANY MEMBER...BUT ...IF THIS WILL CONTINUE...IT WILL NOT BE STABLE

I AM A UPGRADED MEMBER...BUT, I SUGGEST...FIND A SMALL WAY FOR FREE MEMBERS...BECAUSE IF THEY GET SMALL PAYMENTS...IT WILL WORK ....
